From the 20-year vantage point with global advertising agencies, partnering with F100 brands and organisations worldwide I learned the power of communications, relationships and that people with agency can effect change at scale.

Navigating the highly competitive creative and culturally driven world of advertising demanded listening, understanding and critical thinking. By combining this people intelligence with tech and data I believe unique growth opportunities arise.

My professional growth journey included co-founding an educational hub and founding 2-businesses. In 2020 I gained an Integral Development Coaching Diploma as a complement to my consultancy in regeneration. This was then shored up by a Cambridge Sustainability Management Certification. My personal development of travel, conscious behaviours and a Constellation Certification continues to expand my arsenal of perspectives and skills towards the development of human positive businesses.

As a strategic co-creator my skills lie the ability to navigate blockages, identify the true business problem to let systemic solutions emerge.

My work disrupts old ways of doing with expansive critical thinking. It is time for us to see how we are interconnected. That we are part of the problem and solution, not needing to wait to be told what to do. Remembering that no matter how small the thought, word or action it matters.
